Return Policy
At Luana Sallustio, we take great care in ensuring that all of our artworks, prints, and merchandise are of the highest quality. Due to the unique and limited nature of our items, we do not accept returns unless the product has been damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us: Send an email to info@luanasallustio.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of both the item and the packaging.

Assessment: Once we receive your email, we will assess the damage and provide further instructions on how to proceed. If your claim is approved, we will either replace the item (subject to availability) or offer a refund.
Please note that all original artworks and limited or unlimited edition prints are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We are not responsible for minor imperfections caused by handling after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
As all our products are made-to-order or limited in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons besides shipping damage. This includes but is not limited to:

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will charge the standard shipping rate to resend the item.

Any returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@luanasallustio.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Custom-made and limited edition items cannot be cancelled after production has started.
