1. Seller and Scope

These Terms govern purchases from the Luana Sallustio online shop.

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to Luana Sallustio. “You” refers to the customer. “Products” include original artworks, fine art paper prints, canvas prints, limited edition prints, sticker packs and other merchandise.

These Terms apply together with the product description, Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal Policy. Individually agreed written terms take precedence over conflicting general terms, subject to mandatory law.

2. Products and Colour Accuracy

Please review the product’s dimensions, materials, format and edition status before ordering. Signatures, certificates, frames and accessories are included only where expressly stated. Room photographs and styled settings are illustrative.

Original artworks may have brushwork, texture and surface characteristics inherent to the materials and artistic process.

We make every effort to represent colours accurately. However, colours on your screen may differ slightly from those of the physical artwork or print because of screen settings, brightness, photography and lighting. The appearance may also vary with the surrounding light and the paper, canvas or other material used.

Small variations attributable to these factors may occur. This does not excuse a materially different or incorrectly supplied product or limit your statutory rights concerning goods that do not match their description.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your selected products, quantities, delivery details and payment information.

By submitting an order through the final checkout button, you place a binding order with an obligation to pay. The sales contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending the order confirmation email.

Please check that confirmation promptly and contact us if you notice an error.

If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will notify you promptly and refund the unavailable item and corresponding delivery charges. We will not substitute another product without your agreement. Other applicable statutory remedies remain unaffected.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the shop or at checkout. Applicable sales taxes collected by us are included in displayed prices where required by law.

Shipping charges and other charges collected by us are disclosed before you submit your order. Separately arranged shipping costs must be agreed before the relevant purchase is confirmed.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, full payment is required before production or dispatch.

Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges. Import duties, import taxes or customs-clearance fees may apply to international shipments, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Price changes do not alter the agreed price of an existing order.

5. Fulfilment and Shipping

Fine art paper prints and canvas prints are produced and shipped through Gelato’s production partners. Original artworks, limited edition prints and sticker packs are personally packed and shipped from our studio in Switzerland.

Shipping availability depends on the product, size, quantity and destination. Delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout or confirmed in an agreed shipping quote.

Orders may arrive in separate parcels. Preparation times, delivery estimates, tracking, address changes and customs arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy. Product-specific or individually agreed timeframes take precedence over general estimates.

6. Commissioned Artworks

For commissions, the brief, dimensions, price, estimated completion time and any deposit, payment schedule or revision arrangements will be agreed separately in writing.

Requested changes may affect the price or completion time. Additional charges or revised arrangements must be agreed before additional work is undertaken.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Defective Goods

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference, except where mandatory consumer law provides a right to withdraw or another remedy.

Voluntary cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Eligibility depends on whether production or dispatch has already begun, as explained in our Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal Policy.

These restrictions do not override statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered goods.

Products must correspond to their description and agreed characteristics and meet applicable legal requirements. Please report an issue to info@luanasallustio.com with your order number and a description. Photographs, where available, help us investigate.

We will arrange the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. An identical replacement may not be available for
